the grand multi-level entrance gave the hotel a spacious and impressive feel. the rooms were well-decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including plenty of spare USB chargers. the service provided by the hotel employees was excellent, with no issues whatsoever. It would have been a nice addition if the TV's had a USB plug for personal entertainment.
The hotel lacks a USB plug on the TV for personal movies.

Arriving at this hotel was like stepping into a palace, with an impressive high, ceilinged entrance lobby. the staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. the rooms here are impeccable with exclusive amenities such as plush bedding, high, end toiletries, and quality furniture. I loved having a soak in the deep bathtub, and the shower had great water pressure. the private facilities like the spa and gym were clean and luxurious, with high, quality equipment and professional staff.
The hotel is located in a rather remote location, making it far from the city centre. the TVs in the rooms were a little outdated, without any USB ports.

Spent my New Year's Eve at this extravagant hotel and I was extremely impressed by the multi-level entrance! the decorations and amenities in the rooms were fantastic, including the USB chargers which came in handy. the location was perfectly positioned with easy access to key attractions in the area.
That the TVs didn't allow us to connect our own devices, which was a shame as we wanted to watch our own movies. the experience was fantastic and we would definitely come back again!
